DA SPOT – Sewing Program Optimization Tool

                 • Camera system for scanning the surface of a perforated material (such as leather or 

                   Alcantara®) and for optimum alignment of the decorative seam on the perforated material

                 • For the perfect seam position in perforated material

                 • Scanning and recalculating the stitch positions either before executing the complete seam 

                   program or separately before each seam sequence, e.g. for very elastic materials

                • The sequence and number of scan positions can be freely selected and defined

                • Adaptable to all sewing areas of the 911 and 911R sewing units

                • DA SPOT can be easily retrofitted to existing 911 sewing units by the customer himself

                • Fast and selective scanning of predefined material areas

                • The panel PC with intuitive GUI (Graphical User Interface) makes it easy to adjust and 

                  select the scan positions – at the same time, the panel PC can also be used for quality 

                  control of the perforation
